(human) any ideas for this...

before i start coloring? ive left most of the detail out, as this will be entirely painted over to where none of the original pencil lines will be seen (because im lazy and dont want to bother inking it) i know i need to reposition the hat just a little bit so her head doesnt look a rather funny shape, but aside from that, it seems fairly well in order to me. ive decided not to worry about the hair blowing one way and the sleeves the other... hey, its magic after all. and the rings will be glowing, so it will look more like a spell-effect and less like she's doing magic ring tricks.

looking forward to comments...

I agree on the hat thing... but other than that, I think this looks really nice. I'm in envy of your ability to make noses look undeformed XD

And the swooshy cape and cool arcing magic thingies look great too. It's easy to overdo stuff like that, but you haven't. Great job!

I have a problem with the arm closest to us. The elbow-to-shoulder length looks way too long compared to the elbow-to-wrist; they should be around the same length.

But otherwise it looks great.

its mostly sleeve and a little foreshortening, but i see what you're talking about... you can still kinda see the lines i used to build on, but they mostly got erased, and they'd be a more accurate measure of how long the arm is without the sleeve. i think i can do something about that longer fabric fold that's hanging around her elbow to make it more obvious that her elbow's at the back end of it... if that makes sense

Yeah, I think that's what looks wrong, I can see the lines underneath and they look correct so I guess it is just the way you drew the folds.
