Critique is Good

So let's have it! *perks ears*

I know his left front leg/paw should be slightly lower.
Any other anatomy errors? Some good advanced criticism would be appreciated.

I'm going for a semi-realistic style, here.

I love the style you have here. Adorable.

The main thing is that you are oversimplifying the form. There are more joints than that in a tiger, as fluid as they may seem. The legs should be thinner, and the back longer. I don't know much about tiger proportions, but here's a redline for joints-

Please don't trust my redline, though. There are so many others who are more cat experts than me on this board, this is just a general idea.

I haven't looked at tiger anatomy for a while, and have recently just drawn based on intuition, but I think this should work.

I'm guessing the reason the tiger is so short with a larger than normal head is because it's a cub, in which case it's size is pretty good.

I think you may have to take alook at some tiger photos, I think one of the main problems as pegs said is that its very cubby, theirs no real structure behind the fat, aswell as some of those missing joints If you take away the fat and just focus on the joints first then it should look abit more realistic

I really like the pic but fix up a few things others have suggested.

I agree with the stuff people have said about the joints, so I didn't include the legs in my magenta-line. No one has addressed this guy's face yet, and even though the details are pretty, it doesn't seem to have a lot of weight or presence to it. I also changed the angle some to add a little more interest.

Also, while cats do have a sloping back, it's not as extreme as how you drew it.

Like I said before, though, you've got some awesome details going on here and I think that if you spent some time doing realistic sketches from life/photographs it would really help out your anatomy skills. Not really fun, but it helps.

your skeletal proportions are off.

(don't you hate it when you post for a critique and a million people redline your art? lol)

A couple of face shots to help with Ayame's comments there....

Left profile....
Right profile....

There is also a side body photo in there, but it is not a really good one. I have some more tiger photos that I have not uploaded yet.
