A little redline?

I don't ask for help much, (even though I probably need it more often then not), but I do need some help with this one.

It's for a commission, so I don't want to just settle for my usual mediocre work. A redline would be ohso helpful with any sort of anatomy tips. Mostly with his bottom half, which is supposed to be equine. Equine anatomy and I have a love-hate relationship...

Thanks in advance!

Erm^^ I think the picture is wonderful

For a tip though, I'd say something another artist told me, for human anatomy, the legs are pretty much half the height of the body.. so it'd just be a guess that the legs are a bit to small

But honestly I can't tell... I think it looks great

Thanks.

Since his legs aren't exactly.. human.. I wasn't sure if that particular proportion applied. He's a satyr, of sorts, and they generally have shorter legs (ie Mr. Tumnus from Narnia...).

Thanks for your input anyway, though. ;]

His legs need to be thicker to hold up that muscly body! (Rowwr!) I'll get back to you with a redline shortly.

=D I love his ears, they remind me of a baby cow's ears...or any thing with hoove's ears. The picture is amazing.
I like the look on his face. Sorry I don't have anything constructive to add. Just wanted to say I really liked it.
Is he half unicorn?

Here we go. Just bulk up the legs- his far leg is fine, the joints on the near one could use some repositioning and proportion work. This is just a loose suggestion of what looks natural to me, mind.

Mostly it's just with the torso head-length you're working with, the legs look far too small. Now if this isn't what you want, you may want to make your torso 2 to 2.5 heads long to keep that dainty pony look. The way I've marked it, he's a little beefier.

Hey! o_o I know him. ::giggle:: . . . X) I could give his legs a shot but it seems goofy for me to help on my own commission. ::giggle:: by the way, I loves it so far :3
